Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain websites and web applications based on project specifications and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code for front-end and back-end web development.
  • Test and troubleshoot applications to ensure compatibility, functionality, and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web development and implement new technologies to improve the efficiency and quality of projects.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues.
  • Ensure the responsiveness of applications across different devices and platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Strong experience with back-end programming languages such as Node.js, PHP, Ruby on Rails, or Python.
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data storage solutions.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Knowledge of responsive web design principles and mobile-first development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug issues quickly and effectively.
  • Familiarity with web development tools and libraries such as Webpack, Gulp, and npm.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with remote teams and clients.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in web development, preferably with experience working in a remote team.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain dynamic websites and web applications.
  • Previous experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible working hours: You will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, but you have the freedom to manage your own schedule to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
