Shifts: Day shift typically 8 to 10 hours-9:00 AM start time

Duties and Responsibilities

  • The driver’s main objective is: Safe, Accurate & On-Time Deliveries
  • Follow all written and verbal instructions from supervisors to ensure the above-mentioned goal is always met
  • Safely drive and operate company delivery vehicle at all times and obey all traffic laws
  • Ensure delivery vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good operating condition at all times
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and paperwork
  • Always interact in a positive and professional manner while delivering packages to customers’ homes and businesses
  • Apply solution-oriented approaches when faced with a customer inquiry, request or concern
  • Use hand held device for routing information to deliver customer packages, manage delivery progress, and solve obstacles
  • Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered
  • Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
  • Assist in training other team members if needed
  • Show up to work on time with can-do attitude and follow attendance policy
  • Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
  • Lift, push, pull packages up to 50 lbs. each
  • Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift

Basic Requirements:

  • Eligible to work in the U.S
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Valid CA Driver’s License & clean driving record
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
  • Flexible work schedule. Available to work weekends and Holidays
  • Able to work a 10 hour shift 4-5 days/week (FT) or 2-3 days/week (PT)
  • Fluent in English

Hiring Process – Once you pass your interview, we will require a couple of things from you.

1. Drug Screen

2. Background check

We require both a Drug Screen and Background check. The Background check will flag any DUI, Suspended license, and or any criminal activity within 7 to 10 years.
