Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Write high-quality, engaging, and informative content for travel blogs, websites, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.

  • Research: Conduct in-depth research on various travel destinations, trends, and tourism topics to ensure content is relevant and up-to-date.

  • SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices in writing to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic to the companys online platforms.

  • Brand Voice: Maintain the brands tone, voice, and style across all written content, ensuring consistency across all channels.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop content ideas, campaigns, and promotions.

  • Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit your own content for grammar, spelling, and factual accuracy before publication.

  • Engagement: Engage with readers through comments, feedback, and responses on various platforms to build a strong, loyal community.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven Writing Experience: At least 2 years of experience in writing content for the travel and tourism industry or related sectors.

  • Creative Flair: A strong ability to craft compelling narratives that captivate the audience and evoke excitement about travel.

  • SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO techniques, keyword research, and using tools such as Google Analytics or SEMrush.

  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in writing, editing, and proofreading content.

  • Digital Savvy: Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.

  • Time Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a copywriter, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.

  • Previous work creating travel-related content is highly preferred.

  • Experience with writing for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing, is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week

  • Flexible working hours with the possibility of remote work (Depending on company policy).

  • Occasional overtime may be required for project deadlines or peak seasons.
