<strong>Description<br><br></strong><strong>Talent Acquisition Associate <br><br></strong>The Talent Acquisition Associate supports full lifecycle recruiting activities, partnering closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition colleagues to identify, attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience. Working under general supervision, the Talent Acquisition Associate applies established recruiting practices, sourcing strategies, and company policies to support business hiring needs. This position continues to build recruiting expertise, develops knowledge of ICF's business and talent strategies, and exercises sound judgment within established procedures and guidelines.<br><br>This role primarily supports ICF's Utility Programs and Services (UPS) Division, a dynamic organization that helps utility clients deliver energy efficiency, customer engagement, electrification, and program services across North America. The Talent Acquisition Associate will support high-volume hiring for a variety of field-based, customer-facing, operational, and account support positions, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to attract and hire talent that drives business success.<br><br>This is a fully remote position. Candidates may be located anywhere in the United States; however, the preferred candidate will be able to work within U.S. time zones and standard business hours.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Full Lifecycle Recruiting</li><li>Sourcing and Talent Attraction</li><li>Hiring Manager Partnership</li><li>Candidate Experience</li><li>Systems Compliance & Reporting</li><li>Professional Growth and Collaboration<br><br></li></ul><strong>Basic Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li><li>2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, supporting high-volume recruiting environments, including field-based talent, customer-facing roles, operational hiring needs, or other volume-driven hiring activities.</li><li>2+ years of coordination, scheduling, logistics, administrative, or customer service experience.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor's degree.</li><li>Experience using Workday, Beamery, or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.</li><li>Experience sourcing candidates through social media, networking platforms, and online research tools.</li><li>Familiarity with employment laws, compliance requirements, and recruiting best practices.</li><li>Experience leveraging AI and automation tools throughout the recruiting lifecycle to improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Professional Competencies<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality, compliance, and meeting established deadlines.</li><li>Strong communication, organizational, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.</li><li>Demonstrates curiosity and proactively pursues opportunities to expand recruiting knowledge, skills, and expertise.</li><li>Takes ownership of assigned recruiting activities and drives results with accountability and attention to detail.</li><li>Effectively manages a high volume of recruiting activity while maintaining a strong focus on quality, responsiveness, and stakeholder experience.</li><li>Collaborates effectively with Talent Acquisition colleagues, HR partners, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.</li><li>Delivers clear, professional, and timely communication to candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Embraces stretch assignments and development opportunities to broaden capabilities and support continuous growth.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Bot and Third-Party Applications<br><br></strong>Please note that this application must be submitted directly by the applicant for consideration.
