Managing department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency is crucial. You'll establish and promote a positive, team-oriented environment focused on employee involvement, proactive communication, inter-departmental cooperation, and continuous improvement. This includes implementing personal development plans, ensuring orientation and skills training are provided, and offering regular evaluations and coaching. ### What We're Looking For - Ability to lift 70 lbs. / 32 kgs. - Availability to work flexible shifts, up to 5 days per week. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. - A Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent is preferred. - Management experience is preferred. The base pay range for this position is **$26.25/hr to $42.65/hr**. Pay is based on factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education/training, and candidate work experience. Hired applicants may also be offered annual short-term or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to eligibility requirements.
