Who We Are:

Our team of innovators and visionaries is passionate about pushing the envelope and taking bold risks that inspire people to realize their beautiful potential. With our HQ in Dania Beach and our offices in California and Ohio, we’re constantly raising the bar and evolving to create a more diverse and cultivating work environment.

We develop our digital platforms and promote industry-leading products across online, mobile, social, and retail markets. Integra Beauty has created L’ange and OFIR two leading consumer goods brands that are paving the way for unlimited brand incubation. Our team is at the forefront of emerging trends and we are looking for like-minded individuals to continue growing our company.

About The Role:

We are looking for a high-energy, creative Influencer Marketing Specialist to execute, scale, and optimize influencer relationships and seeding strategy for our portfolio of fast-growing beauty powerhouses- L’ange Hair (game-changing hair tools and care) and OFIR Beauty (high-performance, curated cosmetics). You will serve as a daily engine hunting for the right beauty creators, managing gifting outreach, maintaining creator relationships, and ensuring our influencer activations comply with brand and FTC standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, vet, and outreach to micro, mid-tier, and macro beauty/haircare influencers across TikTok, Instagram, ShopMy, and additional platforms.
  • Build a continuous pipeline of creators who naturally align with L'ange’s hair transformation focus and OFIR’s premium cosmetic aesthetic.
  • Manage high-volume daily outreach, negotiate campaign deliverables and coordinate product seeding logistics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers, building authentic, long-term brand affinity with creators.
  • Oversee end-to-end product gifting workflows—from address collection and shade/tool matching to order placement, tracking, and unboxing follow-ups.
  • Provide creators with creative briefs, trend inspiration, product education, and launch details to maximize organic content posting during key promotional windows.
  • Monitor creator platforms- including ShopMy, TikTok Shop, and social analytics tools- to track creator posts, content quality, and brand tags.
  • Compile weekly and monthly reports on gifted ROI, content output, reach, and top-performing creators to report findings to marketing leadership.
  • Act as a daily subject matter expert of brand standards, ensuring all influencer content aligns with L'ange and OFIR aesthetics.
  • Audit influencer content to ensure strict adherence to FTC disclosure guidelines (proper usage of #ad, #gifted, #paid) and platform rules.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven direct experience managing affiliate or ambassador programs, specifically within the D2C beauty, haircare, or cosmetics space required. Haircare experience is highly prioritized.
  • Native user of TikTok and Instagram. Familiarity with creator platforms like ShopMy, LTK (LikeToKnow.it), or influencer management software
  • Proven working knowledge of FTC guidelines for digital influencers and a track record of implementing scalable compliance checks.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing high-volume gifting/outreach workflows. A fast learner passionate about beauty trends and viral social content.
  • Highly organized, persuasive, and empathetic. You can speak "creator language" while maintaining strict professional and corporate standards.

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

When you're working on a remote team, there's no way to chat in the hallway between meetings or catch up on the latest project during an office carpool. Therefore, virtual communication will be absolutely essential to get your work done...

5. HOW DO YOU PROCESS INFORMATION?

Several years ago, I was working in a team to plan a big event. My supervisor made us all work as a team before the big day. One of our activities has been to find out how each of us processes information...

6. HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE CALENDAR AND THE PROGRAM? WHICH APPLICATIONS / SYSTEM DO YOU USE?

7. HOW DO YOU ORGANIZE FILES, LINKS, AND TABS ON YOUR COMPUTER?

Just like your schedule, how you track files and other information is very important. After all, everything is digital!...

8. HOW TO PRIORITIZE WORK?

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
