Job Description
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer business, operational, and technology requirements.
  • Design and present tailored order management and omnichannel fulfillment solutions.
  • Serve as the technical expert throughout the enterprise sales process.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to support strategic pursuits and drive deal success.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align customer needs with platform capabilities.
  • Support enterprise retailers navigating inventory visibility, fulfillment, and omnichannel challenges.
  • Travel as needed for customer meetings, key presentations, and global team collaboration.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Pre-Sales Engineer should have:

  • Experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or solution architecture.
  • Knowledge of OMS, omnichannel retail, and fulfillment solutions.
  • Strong presentation and customer-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to lead discovery sessions and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience supporting enterprise software sales cycles.
  • OMS vendor or retail technology experience highly preferred.
