Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking, Packing, and Shipping: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to customers. Ensure each order is carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.

  • Inventory Management: Assist with organizing and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring proper storage and location of products.

  • Quality Control: Perform quality checks to ensure the accuracy of orders and that all safety standards are met.

  • Product Handling: Safely and efficiently handle products using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified).

  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all workplace safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and provide excellent customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.

  • Basic computer skills to operate warehouse management systems.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.

Experience:

  • No prior warehouse experience required; training will be provided.

  • Experience in retail, customer service, or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar setting is beneficial but not required.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible shift options including full-time, part-time, and overtime opportunities.

  • Shifts available during the day, evening, and night to accommodate different schedules.
