Job Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager with a passion for fashion and a deep understanding of multi-channel digital marketing strategies. This role is critical to expanding our brand reach, optimizing customer acquisition, and maximizing customer retention. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and various other platforms and will bring proven expertise in P&L management, SMS, email, and paid media strategy and execution. This role requires both strategic insight and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach to execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and other emerging platforms.
    • Optimize paid media channels, ensuring campaigns are data-driven and results-oriented.
    • Lead the planning and implementation of SMS and email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, acquisition, and retention.
  • Performance Management & P&L Responsibility:
    • Manage campaign budgets with a focus on achieving positive ROI across all marketing channels.
    • Track and report on key metrics, including CPA, LTV, CAC, and P&L, to ensure the efficient allocation of resources and maximum campaign profitability.
  • Retention & Lifecycle Marketing:
    • Build and enhance retention programs to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a cohesive customer journey, utilizing segmentation and personalization to boost engagement across all touchpoints.
  • Creative Strategy & Content Collaboration:
    • Partner with creative teams to develop on-brand content that resonates with fashion audiences across platforms.
    • Develop and test new content and messaging strategies, leveraging trends and insights from each platform to enhance engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Data-Driven Insights & Optimization:
    • Conduct regular data analysis to uncover insights and identify optimization opportunities.
    • Run A/B tests and experiments to continually improve campaign performance.
    • Generate performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to executive teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • Proficiency in managing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, SMS, and email platforms.
  • Strong experience with P&L management, budgeting, and tracking KPIs.
