Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator Assistant to join our dynamic team on a weekend part-time basis. This is a perfect opportunity for students, freshers, or individuals looking to gain real-world event management experience while working flexible hours. The successful candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and client-facing events, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Event Coordinator in planning and organizing on-site and virtual events.

  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure timely setups and deliveries.

  • Support guest registration, check-in processes, and overall attendee management.

  • Maintain event inventory, props, signage, and promotional materials.

  • Assist in preparing event documentation, schedules, and feedback reports.

  • Handle basic administrative duties such as email communication and data entry.

  • Resolve on-site issues promptly under the guidance of the Event Coordinator.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards during events.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Hindi and English.

  • Proficiency in using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

  • Positive attitude and a professional demeanor.

  • Comfortable with local travel within Delhi NCR during weekends.

Experience

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, customer service, or similar roles.

  • Prior internship or volunteering experience in events or public functions is a plus.

  • Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Part-Time: Saturdays and Sundays

  • 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (may vary depending on event timing)

  • Flexibility required during special events or extended hours

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of event planning processes and client interaction best practices.

  • Basic understanding of audio/visual equipment setup is an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
