How You'll Help Us Connect The World As the HELIAX Director of Global Operations, you will oversee all aspects of manufacturing, maximizing efficiency to support business needs in alignment with the goals of cost, service, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

How You'll Make an Impact: Define and implement the manufacturing strategy to achieve both short- and long-term goals, including sustained manufacturing and continuous improvement. Drive annual cost savings and achievement of key global objectives. Foster a culture focused on service, cost, quality, cash, and innovation. Key Deliverables Develop and communicate short-term and long-term manufacturing strategies. Manage earned hours execution and control factory variances. Achieve conversion costs as planned and meet cost savings targets.

Minimize nonstandard costs. Build and develop a high-quality support team with future succession plans. Futureproof manufacturing through advanced engineering and automation aligned with business strategy. Scale global factories to meet business needs.
