Job Summary

Walmart Global Tech India is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our fast-paced, innovation-driven team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in turning raw data into actionable insights that support decision-making across our global operations. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to support business objectives

• Design and develop dashboards and visual reports for internal teams

• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through statistical techniques

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand data needs

• Contribute to data modeling, forecasting, and predictive analysis efforts

• Prepare comprehensive documentation and present findings in a clear and concise manner

• Ensure data integrity and maintain data governance protocols

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field

• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R

• Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

• Basic understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Experience

• Freshers are encouraged to apply

• Internships or academic projects involving data analysis will be considered a plus

• Demonstrated interest or coursework in analytics, statistics, or business intelligence

Working Hours

• Full-time position

• Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST

• Flexibility may be offered based on team or project needs
