Unlike most CSR roles, you will build ongoing business relationships with our customers through repeated contact and consultation. As this is a service and parts center, our ability to win and retain customers’ business often depends on your ability to quickly and efficiently provide them with just the right parts and/or solutions – especially when customers are experiencing costly equipment breakdowns. You will also, on occasion, have the ability to utilize your mechanical aptitude to help solve customer problems or troublesome processes.</p><p> This is a great starting point from which to grow toward a sales or management career. Applied has a clear growth path with countless success stories of employees rising through the ranks.</p><p> Just some of the things you’ll be doing on a daily basis:</p><p>• Assist customers by phone and in person at our facility</p><p>• Use your customer service skills and talents to clarify their needs, do research, and (after you get up to speed) recommend parts</p><p>• Be focused and driven to meet / exceed monthly sales goals while increasing customer satisfaction</p><p>• Process quotes, take orders and provide post-order service</p><p> REQUIREMENTS</p><p>Our Customer Service Representatives are self-motivated and driven by a desire to exceed expectations. They have strong prioritization and multitasking skill, a sense of urgency, and take pride in their verbal and written communication.
